Top Resource:
My top resource is location.  Location will help in numerous ways.  I live in Florida, a good location to base my product because Florida is one of the hottest states.  Also, Florida is great for crowdfunding due to the increased amount of an older population.  Living in Florida is certainly not rare because millions of people live in the state.  I have transportation resources contained within the location resource because ships come to port and trains pass by on their way across the country.

  1. Hi Adam,

I agree that your top resource is location. Florida will always be one of the hottest states and that is an unbeatable selling point. I can absolutely see your product selling like crazy at gas stations and car stores. You could also always expand one day.
